Commercial Solar Panels Los Angeles | Commercial Solar Panels for Business
5 EASY STEPS TO OBTAINING A COMMERCIAL SOLAR PANEL SYSTEM FOR YOUR BUSINESSES.
With commercial solar panels Los Angeles, every business, big and small will never have to struggle with lowering their utility bill every month. Most businesses often face hefty monthly electricity bills, particularly during extreme weather conditions (humid/hot summer days and chilly winters). This can put a strain on your operating expenses. The last thing you want to do is spend more money on keeping the lights on when it was reserved for marketing the business.
Converting to a commercial solar panel system is one of the best decisions you can make for your company. By opting for a renewable energy producing system, you can offset electricity consumption, especially since electricity costs are continually on the rise. Not only can it control energy expenses but it can also increase your revenue. By opting for commercial solar panels Los Angeles, you are eligible to receive Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) as well as bonus Solar Credits and feed-in tariffs. When a company becomes energy independent, it is also doing its part in protecting the environment.
What steps can your business take to convert into a zero emissions company?
Listed below, is a 5 step process to a commercial solar panels installation:
The solar panel company you choose will visit your business and conduct a location assessment. They will provide you with a financial calculation outlining the income-generating potential and expected performance of your system.
Once you have understood how the process work and what is entailed in obtaining a solar panel installation, you can proceed to selecting a date for installation and signing an agreement.
To proceed with your installation, the installation company must obtain necessary permits and approvals to complete the process. After your panels are installed, you must wait to have an authorized rep from the utility company to come in and install a meter.
An authorized service installer will then visit your home to install your meter.
Once your panels are installed, contracts are signed and the meter is up and running; you can start harnessing the sun’s energy and use it for your company.
Many homes are already reaping the benefits of a solar panels system for home. It’s now time for your business to experience the same. Get in touch with OhSolarmio to get the process started.
Here are some major points to understand about the solar acquisition process.
The ETA, estimated time until activation, from the time you sign a contract to when the array is turned on is about 31 days. But there are many other variables such as your energy provider’s time that it takes to turn the system on. The rest of the process is pretty simple.
Site survey is done to certify if solar array can be built.
Professional engineer designs a blue print of your array.
Permits must be done with your city.
System is allowed to operate by your energy provider. PTO.
There may be more to it, of course, but this is it in a nutshell.
Financing is a big part of going solar. You may want to:
Pay cash or use your own credit or equity line to finance your solar system(the best way to go).
You can let us finance you via our own means which may, or may not, cost extra.
If you choose leasing, this is a whole different bowl of wax. Our least favorite option. Yours, too.
So, give us a call and you’ll get to meet one of our fun energy efficiency consultants. No pressure. No obligation. Just relax and ask away.
All in all, we guarantee your total satisfaction and if, by some chance, we fall short, we will still make sure that you come out a winner anyway. And then we might ask for a referral.
I didn’t know much about solar panels but a glitch made by electrical power supplier made me start getting more informative about what solar panels can do for my house. Edison made a billing error and after spending about an hour with them on the phone I accidentally stumbled on discussing new rates that are about to hit everyone. I was in shock to learn that the rates are about to be increased and sky is the limit. I contacted several solar companies and got couple of quotes. We received a quote from Ohsolarmio and it was not the lowest by any stretch of imagination. But you get what you paid for. They delivered all that they promised. The installation was a great. They didn’t damage my roof and made my panels very secured. We passed inspection from the get go. Every box was labeled legibly. The panels work great. Thank you, Ohsolarmio.

I needed a new roof. But I already have solar panels on it. So, I needed somebody to remove the panels, install a new roof and put my panels back. Luigi came by and showed me the types of roofs they can do and I liked it. He gave me excellent extended warranty. He did all the permits. Installation was done by two different teams. To remove panels they brought the actual solar panel installers. Roofing guys came next. They did a very clean job. My new roof looks great and solar system works just fine. When it was all done, Luigi brought some Italian food which was very sweet of him. It was delicious. The only gripe: I think I gained weight. Thanks man.

Ohsolarmio was our choice to install our solar panels. Our area has its own electrical power supplier and they didn’t like the fact that they are losing a customer so they tried to do whatever it takes to mess up my deal. Ohsolarmio negotiated with them and finally they got it. My system is on. Panels look and work great. They got us financing and we can tell the difference between what we used to pay and what we are paying now. It feels good to be independent.

My neighbor used Ohsolarmio to do his system and he was happy so I decided to give them a try. I had couple of people giving me the schpil but I was not impressed. When Luigi came he was to the point. No pushing. Gave me time to ask questions and answered them at length. My wife came back at the end of his visit so he stayed longer to answer her questions. He even had a sample of a panel he was recommending. We signed the contract but the process was not complete until the next day. It took about a month but we got the PTO and the system was on. He delivered what was promised. Now, it’s been some time since they installed and our production is what he wrote in our contract. We are very pleased with this company. Needless to say we will recommend. Thank you.

We have been looking to get information about solar power for a long time always procrastinating because of the hassle and the expenses involved. We called this company because we loved their name aside from having a great reputation in our area. They did several houses and my neighbors are saying how good these guys are. We get inundated by calls from these companies every day. But we were the ones to contact Osolarmio. We chose not to go PACE because of the high fees and hassle involved with paperwork and problems when selling a house. So, we went half private finance and half cash. Worked out great. I don’t know if these people make money from financing but they did not try to talk us into anything. The whole process took about a month from when we signed a contract to permitting to turn the system on. It was very uneventful. Osolarmio took over the process and it was smooth. They got all the permits, blue prints and took care of installation. The main panel was upgraded, too. We are able to monitor our production from my cell phone. Unbelievable. We are very happy with our choice.
